Zen practice

Practica

Zen was taught by Buddha in India, later it was taken to China by Boddhidharma in the VI century, and in the XIII century Dogen brought it to Japan. Taisen Deshimaru taught zen practice in Europe from 1967 until his death in 1982.

Zen is the practice of zazen. We seat in the correct posture, breathing calmly and naturally, with an attentive and observant mind.

Zazen lets us live more consciously in contact with ourselves: our body, sensations, perceptions and desires, without attachment; in this way come in contact with our original, true being.
